What is bánh mì que?

In Hanoi, bánh mì que is a slender, extra-crisp baguette stick stuffed with a concentrated filling. It is snack food: smaller than a full bánh mì, louder crunch, and meant to be eaten standing or on the move. Singapore rarely sees it done this way; most shops only sell the full sandwich.
