Flowing through the country's northern heartland for thousands of years, the river has nourished generations of families, villages, farms, and traditions. It has witnessed recipes being passed from grandparents to parents, from parents to children, preserving the authentic flavours that define Northern Vietnamese cuisine today.
Inspired by this enduring heritage, Bánh Mì Sông Hồng was founded in Singapore in 2026 with one simple mission:
